The BM & MS is a team that has a business organization simple , able to develop a work of coordination is in the design phase and in the implementation phase.

The General Directorate performs work of coordination between departments , dictating the policies and strategic priorities within the company , is mainly engaged in the planning of marketing strategies by transferring the guidelines for the relevant office and is the interface Company / Customers for any assignment. Directly coordinates the Technical Office Layout dictating the timing of production .

The Administration  deals with the Corporate Accounting, billings, payments to suppliers, purchases of stationery and, upon request, with the UT, is responsible for the purchase of a technical nature, and payroll office employees. It is activated for relationships with banks around the Authorization of DG.

The Technical Department is in charge of performing the duties of assistance and support to the Technical Support and Maintenance area, following them directly (through software), which manufactures and designs Job Accounting, and is directly coordinated by DG . It's the 'promoter of initiatives' aimed at business development in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales area, and together with the same are brought out to potential customers.

Technical Support is responsible for installation, maintenance and initial start-up of machinery on behalf of manufacturers of primary importance , of which the BM & MS is sponsoring and selling , is also responsible for Maintenance in hotels ( including outsourcing ) or in addition to maintenance within the company.

 The  Marketing Office / Sales is mainly to offer our products and services in various fields of business expertise , including through door to door marketing , newspapers, internet and or telephone sales . We take care of the relations of Public Relations at the direction at DG .

The Professionals Outdoors / Suppliers will be called if necessary and if there were no need to a product different from the one offered by BM & MS, integrating expertise for the various sectors missing or at the request of the client.
